Biography: Britney averaged 31 ppg and 10 rpg as a senior at (Peoria) Woodruff High School.  She had scored 28 ppg as a junior.  She was a 3-time Peoria Journal Star Class 2A Player of the Year, a McDonald’s All-American and a WBCA All-American during her senior season.  Britney played one season at Temple University before transferring to Texas A & M–Commerce, where she was a 3-time all conference player.  During her senior season she was the Lone Star Conference North Division Player of the year and a Daktronics All-American.  After her collegiate career, Britney was drafted by the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA.  At the time of her Hall of Fame induction, Britney was an assistant coach at the University of Texas–Pan American.
