Biography: Ryan was a 4-year starter at Columbia High School from 1993-97.  He scored 2,079 career points and averaged 22.4 ppg his senior season.  He had a 52-point game that year.  He set the school record with 649 career assists and his 385 steals set an IHSA record.  Ryan made 11 3–point shots in one game and earned a spot on the IBCA South All-Star team.  He later was a 4-year starter at Washington University of St. Louis.
