Biography: David was a scoring machine at Pawnee High School.  He set the school record with 1,880 career points scored and averaged 27.3 ppg during his senior season in 1984.  David earned all-state recognition under Coach Al Taylor and went on to play basketball at Millikin University in Decatur.
