Biography: Troy was a standout player at Alton High School from 1976-80. He averaged 18 points per game and was the team leader in assists while earning all-state honors.  Troy played at Butler Community College and Lewis and Clark Community College before transferring to Division I Wyoming. He averaged 12.2 points per game and led the Cowboys in assists with 2.1 per game during his senior year of 1983-84.
