Biography: Don was a Chicago All City Player for (Chicago) Amundsen High School in 1943-44.  Don set numerous records at The University of Wisconsin, was chosen on the 2nd team All Big Ten in 1947-48 and 1st team in both 1948-49 and 1949-50.  He was the Big Ten MVP in 1949-50 on his way to All-American player honors for that year.  Don was the first player in Wisconsin history to score 1,000 points, finishing with 1,149 for his career.  He played professional ball for the Baltimore Bullets, Milwaukee Hawks, and Boston Celtics.  Don Rehfeldt died at the age of 53 on October 16, 1980.
