Biography: Tracy starred at (Harvey) Thornton High School from 1986-1989, earning all-conference player honors four times, and all-state player honors twice.  He was ranked as the 6th best point guard ever in the Chicago area by The Chicago Sun Times in 1992.  Tracy played at Wisconsin from 1991-94, serving as team captain and setting the Badgers’ career assis record with 501.  He led the Big Ten in steals in 1993 and 1994.  A three-time all Big Ten player choice, he scored 1,247 career points.
