Biography: Chuck Sedgwick was a guard on the 1953 undefeated LaGrange Lyons State Championship team (29-0).  In the first of game of the sectional against Kankakee, Chuck made 17 of 18 free throws and finished with 21 points as the Lions dumped the #1 rated Kays 83-74.  The following year, Sedgwick was an All West Suburban League player and named as one of the 500 best prep players in America.  At Bradley University, Chuck was the co-captain of the 1957 NIT champions.  In three years of varsity play for the Braves, Chuck and his teammates posted a 57-25 record.  After college Chuck served as a counselor at Rich Township HS in Park Forest.
