Biography: The 1959-60 Bradley Braves won the NIT and had a record of 27-2 which was the best winning percentage of any Bradley team of its era. In winning the NIT, the Braves beat Dayton, St. Bonaventure, and Providence by an average of 13 points. The team ended the year ranked 4th in both the AP and the UPI polls. Bradley was second in the Missouri Valley Conference with a 12-2 record. They won 13 games by 20 or more points.
