Biography:  The Chargers started the season with a 13-game winning streak and ending on a 19-game winning streak with the team’s only loss sandwiched between the two runs.  The 32 wins set a school record.  It included an undefeated Big 12 Conference Championship.  11 of the teams’s wins were over teams that were ranked in the top 10 of the state sometime during the season.  Each of the last five wins were decided by five points or less, including an overtime game, a 1 point state semi-final game win and a 2 point state title game victory to secure the IHSA Class 3A State Championship.

The team finished with 32-1 overall record.
