Biography: Led by Hall of Fame Head Coach Robert Smith, (Chicago) Simeon High School Boys’ Team won the program’s 4th overall title.  This was also the first IHSA Class 4A Championship in a string of what would become 4 consecutive titles.  The Wolverines completed the season with a 25-9 record by defeating (Chicago) Whitney Young HS by a 51-36 score.
