Biography: 

At the time of his induction, Joseph had been boys’ head coach at McKinley Junior High School since 1995. He guided McKinley to a 724-167 record and has been a nine-time IBCA District 8 Coach of the Year.

McKinley joined the Illinois Elementary School Association in 2006-07 and since then, Joseph has coached the Monarchs to four state runner-up finishes and a third-place showing. His teams have won 13 regional championships, 12 sectional titles and made 12 Elite 8 appearances
