Biography:  Ronald’s 52-year basketball officiating career included working 32 IHSA regionals, seven sectionals and numerous all-star games and holiday tournaments. At the college level, he officiated games in NCAA Division I, II and III, as well as in the NJCAA and NAIA. 

Ronald has served as president, secretary and treasurer of the Peoria Officials Association. He also has been an IHSA rules interpreter. He officiated IHSA state finals in football and multiple times in baseball.
