Biography:

Tom’s 34-year coaching career included stints at the junior high, high school and YMCA programs in Taylorville. His teams won more than 400 games, including a run as eighth-grade boys’ coach from 2008-2020 that included numerous tournament titles and two state finals appearances.

In 2011, Tom co-founded Taylorville Youth Basketball, now known as Taylorville Youth Sports. He also was the founder in 2019 of the Stonington Community Center, which serves and hosts youth sports programs.
