Biography: Eric amassed a 383-83 record in 15 seasons as girls head basketball coach at Quincy Notre Dame High School. Under his guidance, QND became the fourth team in state history to win three consecutive state championships.  The Lady Raiders won Class 2A state titles in 2011 and 2012, then took the 3A crown in 2013. They also placed third in 3A in 2014 in addition to being fourth in 3A in 2008 and second in 2A in 2010.
