Biography:

At the time of his induction, Will’s teams had an overall record of 402-119 at Nashville Middle School. The mark spanned 23 years and included two Southern Illinois Junior High Athletic Association state championships, three state runner-up finishes and two third-place finishes.  Will’s teams had won 13 conference championships, with his 2014-15 and 2021-22 teams tying for the most wins in school history at 27-0. He had been named an IBCA District Coach of the Year six times.
