Biography:

Chris was a two-time all-state player and a Parade All-American at Peoria Central High School (also known as Peoria High). He was senior captain in 1988-89 when the Lions went 32-1, losing to East St. Louis Lincoln in triple overtime in the IHSA state title game.

Chris then played at Indiana University, helping win two Big Ten titles and a 1992 NCAA Final Four berth. His .657 career field goal percentage is third-best in school history. He has a Ph.D and is athletics director at Bradley University.  At the time of his induction, Chris was the chair of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Selection Committee.
