Biography:

Belvidere, Byron, Forreston and Pecatonica High Schools all have benefitted from Butch’s commitment to youth basketball. He began as a volunteer coach at the YMCA in Belvidere and in 1996 became president of the Belvidere Hoops Club.

Butch has been an assistant coach for boys and girls at Belvidere High School and became head boys’ basketball coach at Pecatonica High School in 2012. He switched back to coaching girls’ basketball at Forreston High School in 2015 and 2016. He sponsors youth teams for the Byron Park District.
